There comes a time when everything must meet its match. Tuesday nights stormy weather, met a beautiful, uplifting rainbow. Dangerous travel in Lower Bucks County, now meet powerful, Sharon Rearick.ย ย ย Rearickย (who lost her son John while he was hit walking on New Falls Road last July), is the founder of the S.A.F.E (Sidewalks Are For Everyone) cause ‘Sidewalks for New Falls Road’.ย ย ย Rearick is no rookie when it comes to planning events (in light of gloomy weather) throughout the community in support of safer travel in Lower Bucks. In fact, every S.A.F.E event has experienced two things: dreadful, rainy weather, and a positive, embracing rainbow to meet its match.ย ย “Ya know, I complain that it rains, but do you see that rainbow?” said Rearickย as she spoke passionately to an event goer. “Happens every time.”ย In fact to long time S.A.F.E supporters, the rain no longer holds them back, they see the rainbow as a clue that John is letting them all know he’s watching.
