The body of missing Bensalem teenager Perry Krewson, 18, was discovered just before dusk Thursday not to far from where his friend Dan Tadrzynski’s body was found hours earlier.
Bensalem Public Safety Director Fred Harran confirmed the discovery of the second body just after 8 p.m. Thursday.

According to fire department sources, the teen was discovered not too far from the Neshaminy creek falls, which is the same area where the teens entered the water Tuesday night at around 10:30 p.m.
Emergency crews from several agencies had begun work to retrieve the body by 8 p.m. First responders were on the Bensalem and Middletown sides of the creek.
As of 8:30 p.m. there was no word from authorities on how the body was found. However, emergency crews were focusing several resources in the area.

Tadrzynski, Krewson and another teen were swimming with a friend in the area of Neshaminy Falls when the current took them away at around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. The one teen made to shore while the 18 year olds did not, officials said. The lone teen called 9-1-1 to report his friends were missing, and a slew of emergency crews responded to the area.

Federal, state and local authorities took part in the exhaustive two-day search for the teens.

“Our feeling is it’s a search and recovery at this point,” Harran told reporters Wednesday, about 12 hours after the two went missing.
Tadrzynski’s body was found in the creek behind the VCA Neshaminy Animal Hospital just several hundred yards from where the teens went missing. Tadrzynski’s body was discovered by Krewson’s uncle, who was assisting in the search.
“Thank you to all the people who are risking their lives an safety to find our boys,” Krewson’s father posted on Facebook Thursday morning. The teen’s father was seen comforted family members of Tadrzynski shortly after his body was found.

Harran said the teens are not believed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time they went missing.
