Two very serious motorcycle accidents in the Levittown area sent two people to the hospital Sunday evening.
A serious crash involving a motorcycle shutdown northbound I-95 between the Bristol and Bensalem exits just after 5 p.m. The crash was reported to have occurred in Bristol Township, and required a medical helicopter to land to transport a patient, who may have been unconscious, according to scanner traffic.

“There was a lot of blood and his leg was really bad,” witness Valarie Graves posted on Facebook.ย “The bike and driver were in the left lane so if traffic does let up stay to the right. The driver was rolling around the ground so I am hoping he will be ok.”
Another serious motorcycle accident occurred at around 5 p.m. during a rain storm after a motorcycle came in contact with a minivan on Pond Street, just past Beaver Street, in Bristol Borough. The man who drove the motorcycle was taken to a waiting ambulance and quickly taken to the hospital shortly after. No word on the extent of the man’s injuries.
