A failure to pay a cab fare lead to the discovery of drugs early Sunday morning, police said.
A cabbie called Bristol Township police after he said his customer failed to pay his $61.50 fare after driving the man from Philadelphia to Begonia Lane in Levittown. Police checked the area and could not locate the suspect.

About 20 minutes after the call from the cabbie, police responded back to Begonia Lane after a woman called to report her son was inside her house even thought he is not welcome.
According to police, Leonard Erbe’s, 25, no fixed address, was located inside the home’s living room.
Inside, Erbe admitted to skipping out on the cab fare and coming to the Levittown home of his mother despite being ordered by a Bucks County judge not to, police said.

Police took Erbe into custody and discovered a small baggie with heroin in it, according to court papers.
Erbe was arraigned before District Judge Robert Wagner Jr. on charges of theft of services, possession of drug paraphenailia, possession of a controlled substance and defiant trespass. He was transported to county jail on 10 percent of $25,000.
