
One man and two juveniles creeping around Brook Street in Bristol attempting to enter vehicles ย around 4 a.m. on May 20 were arrested Monday by Bristol Township police.
Police were dispatched to the 300 block of Brook Street for reports of three men attempting to break into to vehicles parked on the street, court documents say. When officers arrived on the scene the men had moved on, police say.

A check of the area revealed three men fitting the description given to officials were seen riding bikes in the area of Pond and Filmore Streets, court records say.
One subject ran one way and two juveniles the other direction, police say. Subsequently, police received an additional call reporting the group to have entered the backyard of a residence at an undisclosed address matching the description of the individuals seen earlier riding bikes, police say.
The defendant, ย Joseph Whiteley, 22, of ย Bristol ย was taken into custody by officials on charges of theft, night prowling, and disorderly conduct, all misdemeanor offenses filed earlier this week.

Whiteley has a hearing set for August 14 in front of District Court Judge Frank W. Peranteau Sr.
The two juveniles were taken to youth ย facility, ย according to court records.
