After officers opened the bathroom door, they found Jelleyman sitting on the toilet, fully clothed, leaning over the sink holding a syringe containing a clear liquid, according to court papers. The cap of the syringe, which contained a white powder substance was laid on the edge of the sink, the substance is suspected by authorities to be heroin, police said.

While police proceeded to take Jelleyman into custody, he was given a parting gift by his sister, a black duffel bag, which he owned, containing personal belongings and one small light orange pill later identified as Cyclobenzaprine – a muscle relaxer, police said. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use orย possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jelleyman’s preliminary arraignment by Magisterial District Judge Jean Seaman took placeย June 23ย where his bail was set at 10% of $100,000. On June 25, per court order, his bail was decreased and set at 10% of $10,000. Christopher’s preliminary hearing with Judge Robert Wagner Jr. is scheduled for July 2.
