A Falls Township man charged with homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence of alcohol, vehicular homicide, DUI and several other serious offenses plead guilty Monday in county court, PhillyBurbs.com reports.
John Fitzgibbon, 38, of Bristol Township, admitted to drinking before the Route 13 crash that killed a woman when his vehicle struck her car at a red light in December 2011, the website says.

Online court records show that Fitzgibbon plead guilty to DUI and related charges in 2001. He faced between 30 days and a year in jail, paid fines and restitution. Documents also show he was court ordered to have a ignition interlock device installed once he was out of jail in 2002.
