
A 20-year-old Levittown man was charged this week after police say he pulled a gun on a group of minors in Forsythia Gate neighborhood.
Kevin Kubacki is charged with terroristic threats and a summary count of harassment in connection with the May 13 incident in Middletown Township.

Officers responded to the area of Forsythia Drive and Falmingo Drive at 3:37 p.m. for reports of an armed man who had threatened several young males.
According to police, Kubacki stopped the car he was driving and engaged in a verbal exchange a group of minors in the roadway.
The 20-year-old was reported to have displayed a black handgun and racked the gun to simulate loading it, police said.

Kubacki got in the car and drove off, while the minors fled the area on foot, police said.
Police caught up with the vehicle on Forsythia Drive and detained Kubacki for questioning, according to court records. Inside the car, law enforcement said they discovered a black BB gun, two knives and a glass pipe filled with suspect marijuana.

One of the victims then identified Kubacki and the vehicle he drove, police said.
The suspected drugs were sent to the Bucks County Crime Lab for testing.
On Wednesday, Kubacki was issued summons to appear before District Judge John Kelly on June 27 for a preliminary hearing.
