2 Arrested for Theft from Macy’s, Refrigerated Trailer Stolen & More

May 11

DUI

At traffic stop at Lincoln Highway and South Flowers Mill Road lead the arrest of Lane Stocker, 32, of Bensalem. Stocker was arrested and charged with driving under the influence at 9:45 p.m.

Retail Theft

Kishan Patel, 25, of Fairless Hills, was arrested for retail theft at 12:18 p.m. at the Macy’s in the Oxford Valley Mall. The stolen merchandise is valued at $175.

At 6 p.m., a 15-year-old juvenile from Levittown was cited for retail theft. The teen tried to make off with items valued at $37.

May 12

Simple Assault

Timothy Trimboli, 27, of Bensalem, was arrested for simple assault and harassment as the result of a dispute on North Woodboruen Road at 4:43 p.m.

Vandalism

The owner of a 2012 Mazda parked at Foxwood Manor Apartments reported the valve stems on the vehicle were car were cut sometime between May 10 – 12. The value of the damage is currently unknown.

The driver’s side window of a 1997 Chevrolet Camaro was smashed on Secklepear Road sometime between May 10 – 12. The cost of the damage is unknown.

Theft of Vehicle

A 53-foot-long refrigerated trailer was stolen sometime between May 10 – 12 from the parking lot of The Dump in the 1500 block of East Lincoln Highway. Police did not release the value of the trailer.
