A Sunday morning shed fire caused damage to two homes in Levittown’s Kenwood section.

No one was hurt in the fire in the unit block of Kentucky Lane, which destroyed a 12×12 shed at around 11 a.m., Edgely Fire Company Chief Carl Pierce said. The fire was placed under control shortly after firefighters arrived to the scene.

The fire was caused by the remains of a Saturday night backyard fire, Bristol Township Fire Marshal Kevin Dippolito said. One home was left powerless after flames burnt an overhead line.

The house where the shed was placed suffered the most extensive heat and fire damage in the rear, the chief said.

Crews from the Fairless Hills, Levittown No. 2, Morrisville and Third District fire companies assisted Edgely firefighters.
