Members of the “Black Flag Family” were in Judge Robert Wagner’s district court Tuesday morning in Bristol Township.
The gang was involved in several gun crimes in Bristol Township, according to police.

Nicholas Ricciardi, Dennis Rose and Michael Kurfuss are alleged by police to be most heavily involved several incidents that took place.
- Ricciardi and Rose had their preliminary hearings continued to a later date. The two are suspected of robbing a teen of marijuana in Bristol Township, police said.
- Kurfuss and his girlfriend, Caroline kolb, 17, of Newtown, both waived their right to a hearing and will have multiple charges of felony robbery, and possession of an instrument of crime forwarded to county court in Doylestown for trial. Kurfuss robbed a teen with a starter pistol, while Kolb was the getaway driver, police said.
- Joseph Collora, 24, of Middletown, and Brian Pickup, 22, of Philadelphia, agreed to prosecutors to submit a guilty plea in county court on two charges of conspiracy to commit robbery. According to court documents, Collora is accused of driving several suspects during the crime-spree, and Pickup gave the gang the started pistol they used.
Ricciardi, Rose and Kurfuss face additional charges for a Bensalem arson they are accused of. The trio set the 237-year-old historic Croydon Mansion on Gibson Road in Bensalem a blaze in late February, according to police. Ricciardi was a volunteer firefighter in Bristol Township at the time of the fire.
Kolb and Collora are free on bail.
