A 20-year-old Levittown man is in jail Wednesday after police said he had a 3-year-old boy perform oral sex on him.

Charles Wilson is facing charges of felony involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, corruption of minors, endangering the welfare of a child and indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age.
Wilson is accused of having the boy perform oral sex on him while he was babysitting the boy last year, Bristol Township police said. A court docket states the assault happened on September 1, 2012.
According to police, an officer was called to the Marion Village Apartments on Marion Avenue in early October to take a report about the alleged sexual assault.

The report lead to authorities conducting an interview with the boy at the Bucks County Children’s Advocacy Center. Police said the boy indicated the assault happened.
When a detective spoke with Wilson in January, the 20-year-old admitted that he put his penis in the boy’s mouth as they sat on a sofa in the apartment, police said.

Authorities did not say why it took so long for charges to be filed in the case.
Wilson was arraigned late in the day on Tuesday and unable to post 10 percent of $150,000 bail.
