Police are asking for the public’s help in solving a burglary in the Langhorne section of Middletown Township.
A home in the 200 block of North Hawthorne Avenue was broken into between 3 p.m. on Tuesday and 9 a.m. Thursday, police said.

Entry to the home was made through the rear door, where investigators found the door’s glass broken. Once inside, the burglars took jewelry, silverware and coins. The suspects also attempted to pry open a safe inside the home, police said.
Authorities are asking anyone who saw suspicious persons or vehicles in the area of the burglary are asked to call detectives at 215-750-3845.
