A car slammed into a utility pole in Middletown Township Saturday morning.

Crews from the Penndel Fire Company, medics, and police were dispatched to the area of Durham and Trenton roads shortly before 7 a.m.
In a social media post, the fire company said it was a single-vehicle crash with no entrapment.
The vehicle rested on its side against the pole.

In the crash, several items were thrown from the car, including a large speaker.
