Possession Of A Controlled Substance

While on patrol around 9:45 a.m., an officer observed a vehicle pull off to side of Lower Morrisville Road and put on its hazard lights.ย The driver, identified as a 42-year-old man, exited his vehicle and ran to hood.ย As the officer was approaching the vehicle to offer assistance, he observed drug paraphernalia on driver’sย seat.ย The man admitted the drugs were his.ย While speaking with the passenger of the vehicle, a 22-year-old woman, she agreed to a search, where officers found more drug paraphernalia. Both subjects were arrested and charged with the offenses and were later released.ย
Retail Theft
Officers responded to Dicks Sporting Good on Commerce Boulevard for a report of a retail theft. Officers identified the 22-year-old woman as the suspect and made contact with her inside the store.ย She was found to have over $2,600 worth of merchandise on her person in addition to having a device to remove security tags and drug paraphernalia.ย She also provided false information to officers.ย The woman was arrested and faces multiple charges.ย ย

Terroistic Threats

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance around 6:30 p.m. where the woman may be armed with a knife. Officers arrived and identified the 41-year-old womanย who was uncooperative with police.ย The woman was subsequently arrested and charged with multiple offenses.
Drugs

A 47-year-old man was charged with possession after routineย traffic stop.ย The driver, a 45-year-old woman, was also arrested and charged. Officers recovered drug paraphernalia and suspected methamphetamine around 11:45 p.m.
Theft
Mail was reported stolen from Tall Pine Lane.
