The Falls Township Police Department will be conducting a 13-week Citizen Police Academy for township residents beginning February 25, 2015 at 7:00pm at the Falls Township Municipal building. Classes will be held Wednesday evenings from 7:00-9:00pm.

Applications can be obtained at the Falls Township Police Department Monday thru Friday 9am-4pm, or online at the Falls Township website. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Deadline for applications are February16, 2015.
This program is designed to educate township residents about department procedures, responsibilities and demands on police officers. Some of the topics that will be covered include: An overview of the Departments structure, recruitment and training, K-9 use, use of force, crime scene investigations, a visit to the (911) county radio room, traffic enforcement and also observe court hearings at the local District Justice.
