One person was hospitalized Tuesday evening after a pickup truck struck a tree near Sesame Place in Middletown Township.
Emergency crews were dispatched at approximately 5:20 p.m. to North Buckstown Road for reports of a crash.

The Middletown Township Police Department, the Middletown Township Department of Fire and Emergency Management, and the Penndel-Middletown Emergency Squad responded to the scene.
The person transported from the scene of the crash to an area hospital was to be treated for a possible head injury.
Middletown Township police are investigating the cause of the incident.
