Levittown Man Charged Of Explicit Material Case

A Levittown man is has been charged after police allege he shared explicit sexual photos with a minor.

Nicholas Boeggeman, 33, of the Levittown section of Middletown Township, was charged earlier this month with two counts of dissemination of explicit sexual material to a minor. He was also charged with single counts of criminal use of a communication facility, corruption of minors, and unlawful dissemination of an intimate image.

Boeggeman was released after posting 10 percent of $500,000 bail, according to court records.

Bensalem Township police said in court papers that Boeggeman began showing sexually explicit material on his phone to a 10-year-old girl in 2022 or 2023.

According to police, the alleged incidents happened when the two were alone.

The girl’s mother reported catching Boeggeman engaging in inappropriate behavior, police said.

Investigators were provided text message exchanges in which Boeggeman was confronted about the incidents. In the messages, Boeggeman apologized and stated he did not remember what happened, police said.

Boeggeman allegedly told investigators he was on Suboxone at the time and could not recall much of his actions during that period.
