Pennsylvania State Police are asking for the public’s help as they are investigating the theft of a mountain bike from a garage in the area.

According to a Pennsylvania State Police press release issued this week, a suspect gained unauthorized entry to a detached single-car garage located in the backyard of an East Richardson Avenue home in Langhorne Manor in late July.
Once inside, the suspect removed the $300 bicycle from a wall-mounted rack without the owner’s consent before fleeing the scene in an unknown direction of travel.
The owner described the stolen bicycle as a Pacific YX8500 24-speed mountain bike with an aluminum frame that features blue and black graphics on a white base. The bike also has black handlebars, a black seat, black tires, blue pedals, and a black saddle bag. The bicycle’s serial number is unknown, state police said.
