Pennsylvania State Police said in a press release that troopers responded at 10:58 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 16, to a wreck along I-295 westbound near the Trenton Road overpass.
The 17-year-old Bristol boy was operating a 2007 Mazda CX30 when buildup on the windshield obscured his view of the highway. The vehicle drifted onto the right shoulder and struck a parked 2020 Acura MDX, state police said.
The crash caused the Acura to spin into the grassy area off the shoulder, and the Mazda came to a stop in the grass a short distance beyond the point of impact, state police said.

A 41-year-old Levittown woman in the Acura sustained non-life-threatening injuries in the crash, according to state police.
Troopers reported that the teenage driver will be cited in connection with the crash.
