A Bucks County nonprofit needs a house with good trees, ample parking and neighbors who will not panic when the toilet paper starts flying.

Main St., formerly known as Pine2Pink, is searching for a new property to host its popular “TP My House” fundraiser on Mischief Night. The Oct. 30 event invites families to cover a participating home and its trees in toilet paper while raising money for people receiving breast cancer care in Bucks County.
There is no need to alert police, organizers joked. They are invited, too.
The fundraiser began when Main St. founder and Executive Director Keith Fenimore and his wife, Kristina, volunteered their own Bucks County home.
Participants brought their own toilet paper and donated $5 for every roll they tossed.

“The idea began when I was trying to unearth a younger demographic and attract families to experience something fun together,” Fenimore said, in a news release.
The event grew more popular each year, generating more than $1,000 annually for the nonprofit. But the Fenimores have since moved to a twin home in the borough that is not suited to hosting the organized mischief.

“As opposed to ending the fun, we thought we’d ask the community if someone wanted to step up and host the fundraiser,” Fenimore said.
What makes the perfect TP target?
Main St. is seeking a house with enough street parking to accommodate 15 to 20 vehicles at a time, as visitors typically arrive in waves.
The property should also have:
- A driveway where students from School of Rock Doylestown can perform
- Room for the Spuddy Buddy Fry Factory food truck
- Plenty of trees and bushes — prime toilet-paper territory
- A roof that can safely become part of the spectacle
- Neighbors with a sense of humor

The selected house will be covered in toilet paper from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30. It is a bring-your-own-toilet-paper event, with a $5 donation requested for each roll.
Fenimore said his family hosted the event for years on Oak Drive in Doylestown without problems. Neighbors joined the fun, and the property was returned to normal the following day.

Anchor Facility Services owner Fran Dougherty Jr. has volunteered his company’s professional cleanup services. The collected toilet paper will be composted.
“I am honored to donate our professional services to support a local nonprofit that helps our breast cancer community in this fun and unique way,” Dougherty said. “Since I will be there with my family throwing TP, the least I could do is clean it up the next day.”

Main St. organizes programs and events benefiting local breast cancer patients while promoting Bucks County businesses. The nonprofit has raised more than $830,000 and supports organizations including Fox Chase Cancer Center Buckingham, St. Luke’s Grand View Hospital, the Kin Wellness and Support Center, Penn Medicine Doylestown Health and St. Mary Medical Center.
“People always ask me how they can help — welp, here’s a great way to support us, albeit a bit unorthodox,” Fenimore said. “I am very confident that we will find a great family in a cool neighborhood to allow us to be bad for good.”
