

A Bristol Township man has been charged with the sexual assault of a Warminster Township girl over a two-year period that allegedly began when the victim was 12 at a Christmas party.

Jamil Ahmad Neyazi, 34, was charged by Warminster Township Police for alleged incidents that took place between January 2022 and December 2024, according to the affidavit.
Neyazi faces felony charges of attempted aggravated indecent assault without consent, attempted aggravated indecent assault of a victim under 16, indecent assault of a victim under 13, and corruption of minors, as well as misdemeanor corruption of minors, and lesser charges of harassment and furnishing tobacco to a minor.
On Jan. 9, 2025, the mother of the then 14-year-old victim reported to detectives that her daughter was sexually assaulted while at a Christmas party on Dec. 21, 2024 on Cedar Street, according to the complaint.

According to the affidavit, Neyazi was drunk at the party with other adults, where he was allegedly โvery touchy and was paying (the victim) a lot of attention,โ per the affidavit. He offered his nicotine vape to the victim nine times as well, police said.
Investigators allege through the remainder of the Christmas party, Neyazi continued to make several comments about the victimโs appearance, asked her about school, and watched her TikTok account, heavily complimenting the victim.

โMr. Neyazi asked to see her TikTok page and when she showed it to him, he told her that she looked 18 and that if he did not know better, he would swipe up,โ wrote police in the complaint.
Police said Neyazi continued to make inappropriate actions toward the victim, including grabbing and smacking body parts and her groin area. Investigators said the behavior occurred from 2022 to 2024.
On Aug. 27, 2025, during a police interview, Neyazi allegedly admitted to touching, smacking and rubbing the victim.

Neyazi is free on $200,000 unsecured bail, following arraignment on charges on Monday, with a preliminary hearing set for July 13 before District Judge Christopher OโNeill. He is represented by Newtown attorney Louis Busico.ย
According to court records, the defendant is midway through his five-year probation for a Bucks County DUI conviction in 2024.
