Laurie Ann Gardner, who has past addresses in Bristol and Newtown townships, received a sentence of 11 months and 15 days to 23 months in the county correctional facility from Bucks County Court of Common Pleas Judge Stephen Corr last week.
The sentence was handed down Wednesday as part of a negotiated guilty plea.
Gardner pleaded guilty to charges of attempted aggravated assault, aggravated assault by vehicle, simple assault, reckless endangerment, and criminal mischief.

As part of the sentence, Gardner was granted credit for time served in custody since January. Corr also offered presumptive parole on the condition that she maintains good behavior while in custody. Additionally, Gardner was ordered to complete anger management classes and mandated to have no contact with the victim.
The charges came from an April 26, 2025, incident outside Phinny Magee’s Pub on Farragut Avenue.

According to Bristol Borough police, Gardner intentionally targeted another woman with her vehicle after an earlier dispute.
Police stated that Gardner struck a bench with enough force to bend the structure and injure the woman.
Gardner was the subject of a months-long search by law enforcement before her arrest in early January.

Members of the U.S. Marshals Service apprehended Gardner at a residence on Thornyapple Lane in the Levittown section of Falls Township where authorities said she had been staying with a boyfriend.
The plea agreement comes after a preliminary hearing held earlier this year where Gardner began working on a deal with the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office.
