Resisting Arrest

A homeless man was arrested on charges of Resist Arrest, Retail Theft, and Defiant Trespass on New Falls Road at 10:16 p.m. He was arraigned and bail was set.

March 20

Arrest

A homeless man was arrested of a Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole warrant on Bath Road at 7 p.m. He was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.

Assault

A Fairless Hills man was arrested Simple Assault and Harassment on Oxford Valley Road at 6:46 p.m. He was arraigned and bail was set at 10 percent of $50,000.

March 22

Assault

A Philadelphia man was arrests on charges of Criminal Trespass, Simple Assault, and Theft By Unlawful Taking on Veterans Highway at 9:21 p.m. He was arraigned and bail was set at 10 percent of $100,000.

Fugitive From Justice

A Bristol Township woman was arrested on a charge of Fugitive From Justice on Bath Road at 11:45 a.m. He was arraigned and bail was set at 10 percent of $100,000.

March 25

Arrest

A Bristol Township man was arrested on a Bensalem Township warrant on Goldenridge Drive at 10:05 a.m. He was turned over to Bensalem Township police.

Assault

A Bristol Township man was arrested on a Bench Warrant out of Bucks County and on the charges of Simple Assault, Harassment, and Public Drunkenness at 3:40 p.m. on Crabtree Drive. He was arraigned and bail was set at 10 percent of $50,000.

Theft

Between 1:22 p.m. and 7 p.m., a suspect stole a package from a home on Marion Avenue. The value of the theft is $15.

3-19-26, 2216 hours, New Falls Road, Levittown, Pa.

The below subject was arrested on the charges of Resist Arrest,

Retail Theft and Defiant Trespass.  The subject was processed and

arraigned by Judge Hughes.  Bail was set at $2,000/10% and released

to the Constables.
