Federal and local law enforcement officers arrested a New Jersey man wanted on aggravated sexual assault charges Thursday morning at an apartment complex in the Levittown section of Tullytown Borough.

Yasyn Siplin, 25, was taken into custody without incident around 8:30 a.m. at the Creek Village Apartments, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.
Siplin was sought on a Nov. 25 arrest warrant issued by the Trenton Police Department for aggravated sexual assault on a minor.
The investigation had been delegated to the U.S. Marshals New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force, federal authorities said.

Authorities, including members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force from Philadelphia and the Tullytown Borough Police Department, developed information placing Siplin at the Falls-Tullytown Road apartment complex.
Siplin is accused of raping two family members, who were 11 and 6 years old at the time of the alleged assault, authorities said.

Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal Robert Clark said the arrest highlights the work of the agency.
“Protecting children is one of the Marshals Service’s highest priorities and our task force is unwavering in its commitment to pursue anyone who harms a child,” Clark said.
