A 26-year-old man was arrested last month after police responded to an alleged burglary at a home under renovation.

Officers were called to the 2300 block of Langhorne-Yardley Road around 7 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, after the homeowner arrived and reported a possible break-in.
Lukas Morris, who has no listed address, was found in the first-floor living room of the unoccupied home in Middletown Township and taken into custody without incident, according to police.
The homeowner told police he found the front screen door ajar and a window open near the rear of the residence. The door and window had been closed when he was last at the house the day before.

Officers noted that footprints appeared to be on the siding directly below the open window.
Police said the homeowner provided security camera footage that showed a man walking around the property at approximately 11 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21.

A patrol officer entered the home to search for anyone inside and located Morris, police said.
The homeowner confirmed Morris did not have permission to enter the property, police said.
Morris faces charges of burglary, criminal trespassing, and loitering and prowling at nighttime. He was preliminarily arraigned by District Judge Joseph P. Falcone and held on 10 percent of $60,000 bail.
