The crash happened on Woodbourne Road between Maple Point Middle School and Lake Luxembourg at Core Creek Park in Middletown Township.

The vehicle, which was traveling southbound, went off the roadway and traveled about 100 feet into the woods at Core Creek Park, according to Langhorne-Middletown Fire Company Chief Frank Farry.

The driver and her daughter refused transport to the hospital by ambulance, Farry said.

Farry stated the vehicle “scraped some trees but amazingly didn’t slam into any.”
