Middletown Township police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a trio of burglars who smashed through the front door of The Lawn Barn on Woodbourne Road in the early morning hours of Wednesday, June 11.

The burglary at the business at 910 Woodbourne Road happened around 2:44 a.m. and was completed in approximately three minutes, according to the business and police.
The suspects stole chain saws, leaf blowers, and other equipment, according to police.
Detective Wayne George is leading the investigation and is asking anyone with information to come forward.

The Lawn Barn posted a note to the community on Facebook and stated that investigators are particularly interested in footage of an older model, 1997-2004, grey/blue Ford F-150 four-door pickup truck.
The business and police are asking residents and business owners living or operating south of the Woodbourne Train Station and north of Maple Avenue (Route 213) to review any security camera, video doorbell, or dashcam footage recorded between 2:30 a.m. and 3 a.m. on June 11. They are looking for suspicious activity or sightings of the described vehicle or individuals traveling on Woodbourne Road or nearby residential streets.

“Any footage, no matter how minor it may seem, could be vital in helping to identify the suspects or track their movements,” The Lawn Barn stated.
