The township announced Monday the launch of the system, which is designed to improve communication and efficiency in addressing resident needs.
The SeeClickFix platform allows residents to report potholes, quality-of-life concerns, and submit requests for various municipal services directly from their computers or mobile devices.
The system is designed to track, manage and resolve all service requests in one centralized location, increasing transparency and efficiency for the township.

“SeeClickFix gives our residents a direct line to their local government,” said Bristol Township Manager Randee Mazur. “It empowers the community to report issues in real time and helps us respond faster and more efficiently. This platform strengthens communication, builds trust, and supports a cleaner, safer, and more connected Bristol Township.”

Residents can access the system using the Bristol Township website or by downloading the SeeClickFix mobile app on any iOS or Android device. The app also notifies users if they are about to report an issue already in the system, allowing them to follow existing requests.

One of the first issues submitted by a Bristol Township resident was for a stormwater drainage problem in Croydon.

Aaron Pierce, CivicPlus’ vice president of product, said the company is committed to effective engagement between residents and local governments.
“By enabling residents to report issues directly from their device of preference, it’s easier for leaders to address community needs effectively, build resident relationships, and boost operational efficiency. We are proud to partner with Bristol Township,” Pierce said.

Kansas-based CivicPlus recently relaunched Bristol Township’s website on its platform.
A decade ago, LevittownNow.com served as a SeeClickFix media partner, and officials from Bristol Township and Middletown Township used complaints made through the system to resolve issues.
