A man is accused of allegedly masturbating in a nail salon, stealing from a Dollar General, and being found with marijuana earlier this month.

Richard Polk, 31, of Darby Borough, Delaware County, was arrested after Falls Township police responded to a 9-1-1 call around 5:40 p.m. reporting a man on a green bicycle had exposed himself at a nail salon on West Trenton Avenue in the Morrisville section of Falls Township.
Police located Polk at the nearby Burger King, and he was detained.
According to police, Polk admitted to stealing soap and a new electronic hair trimmer from Dollar General.

Officers found the stolen items in his backpack, police said.
A search of Polk also uncovered a baggie of suspected marijuana in his pocket, according to court papers.

While Polk initially denied exposing himself at the nail salon, witnesses at the salon told an investigator they saw him masturbating and ejaculating inside the establishment, police said.
When confronted with the witness accounts, Polk reportedly admitted to the act and blamed it on being high on marijuana. He told police he did not touch anyone.
Polk was charged with indecent exposure, retail theft, receiving stolen property, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and related offenses. He was preliminarily arraigned before District Judge Corryn Kronnagel and held on 10 percent of $75,000 bail.
