Man Accused Of Forcing Entry To Home, Assaulting Resident

A local man is facing charges after police say he came into a Levittown home and carried out an assault, police said.

Bristol Township police responded to a call at a Parkside Circle residence at 12:19 p.m. Thursday, April 3, for a reported assault.

Police said Dalton Kleber-Marsaglia, 22, entered the home without permission and attacked a resident with a hard metal object.

A juvenile told police that Kleber-Marsaglia also a handgun.

Officers found the juvenile’s bedroom in disarray, with holes in the walls and dresser drawers pulled out, police said.

A woman in the residence reported being struck in the head with a hard object, and an officer observed that she had a medium-sized bump and swelling, police said.

Kleber-Marsaglia was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, burglary, criminal trespassing, harassment, and criminal mischief. He was preliminarily arraigned before District Judge Terry Hughes and held on 10 percent of $100,000 bail.
