Jacob N. Mamolou was charged with one count of child pornography. He was preliminarily arraigned last Tuesday by District Judge Terry Hughes and released after posting 10 percent of $50,000 bail.
According to court papers and a state police press release, investigators were alerted of suspected child pornography being online late last year and tied it to a Bucks County-based IP address.
The Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office served a subpoena on Verizon, which led to Mamolou being listed as the account holder, authorities said.

On the morning on January 21, members of the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation’s Computer Crime Task Force and Bristol Township police executed a search warrant on Mamolou’s home on Azalea Lane in the Levittown section of Bristol Township.
As investigators spoke with Mamolou, he allegedly told them he lived at the house alone and he doesn’t share his WiFi with any of his neighbors.
