Police at the scene established a perimeter and searched the area.

A search of the basement by officers from Bristol Borough and Bristol Township found it empty, authorities said.

A little more than an hour later, Bristol Township police were dispatched to the Levittown Trace Apartments where Reiss was reportedly at a family member’s apartment.
