Cops: Man Stole $20,000 In Clothing From Online Retailer

A 47-year-old Bristol Borough man was arrested on burglary charges stemming from two break-ins at Bristol Apparel, police said.

Joshua Antonio Martinez was arrested recently in connection with burglaries that occurred Dec. 1 and Jan. 30 at the business on Canal Street, according to police.

Martinez is accused of stealing more than $20,000 worth of clothing and apparel.

Officer Michael Levitsky arrested Martinez on Feb. 13 following an investigation into the two burglaries.

Martinez faces two separate cases, including charges of burglary, criminal trespassing, theft and related offenses. He was preliminarily arraigned and was being held this week on 10 percent of $50,000 bail in each case.

Bristol Apparel, an online clothing retailer, sells brand-name clothing purchased at a discount from big box stores with excess merchandise, according to its website.
