PennDOT will be performing work that will close a portion of New Falls Road and Falls-Tullytown Road in the area.

On Tuesday, December 3, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Falls-Tullytown Road will be closed between Mill Creek Parkway and Penn Valley Road in Falls Township for vegetation clearing.
During the closure, drivers will be directed to use Penn Valley Road, Route 13, and Mill Creek Parkway.
Starting Wednesday, December 4, through Friday, December 6, from 12 a.m. to 6 a.m., New Falls Road will be closed between Veterans Highway (Route 413) and Newportville Road in Middletown and Bristol townships for crack sealing.

While the road is closed, drivers will be directed to use Newportville Road, Ford Road, and Veterans Highway (Route 413).
On Monday, December 9, through Friday, December 13, from 12 a.m. to 6 p.m., New Falls Road will be closed between Edgely Road and Tyburn Road in Bristol and Falls townships.

During the closure, drivers will be directed to use Edgely Road/Woodbourne Road, Trenton Road, and Tyburn Road.
For all the closures, local traffic access will be allowed.
PennDOT advised drivers to give extra time due to expected delays and backups because of the work.
