Shawn Burke, 36, of Bristol Township’s Levittown section, was charged last week with several offenses, including rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, and indecent assault on a person less than 13 years of age.

According to statements the girls made to police, Burke provided them them lingerie and sexually assaulted them, including rape in one incident.

One of the girls alleged Burke provided them with suspected cocaine, alcohol, and other drugs, including once at a motel, police said.

One of the girls, who is now 16, said Burke would provide her with marijuana when she was 11 years old, police said.

There were also allegations Burke pierced one of the girl’s genital area, and police said they recovered items that could be used for giving a piercing.

A woman provided investigators a photo of two of the girls in lingerie and underwear with Burke standing behind them, according to court papers.

Police executed a warrant recently, but Burke was not home at the time, police said.

Police reported finding lingerie and swimwear in extra small sizes at Burke’s home.

A detective wrote that sex toys found matched descriptions given to investigators by one of the girls.

A male relative allegedly called Burke as the search warrant was being executed at the Bristol Township home.

Burke was later found in Middletown Township, but his phone could not be located, police said.

Bristol Township detectives took on the case in early September after multiple reports were made through a state child welfare line.
