The 49-year-old Bristol Borough man was charged with intercepting communications, using intercepted communications, and making terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another. District Judge Charles Jonas arraigned the nurse in a preliminary hearing late last month and set him free on $2,500 unsecured bail.
The charges stem from incidents involving staff at St. Mary Medical Center, police said.
Court documents stated that in late September the nurse allegedly recorded a phone call with an executive assistant from the hospital without consent. The recorded video, which the nurse posted to his Facebook account, reportedly shows him attempting to contact the chief of nursing and aggressively questioning the assistant about an alleged pending lawsuit against him.

During the call, which lasted about two minutes with both audio and video enabled, the nurse is heard screaming and using profanities before the call was ended.
In a separate incident early October, police said, the nurse posted another video to his Facebook where he recorded a conversation with a hospital attorney advising him that he was barred from the medical center’s property.
The attorney later told authorities that he did not consent to being recorded or to the posting of the conversation, police said.

Additional allegations came to light when hospital security handed over a voicemail the nurse left for the attorney.
According to police, the voicemail contained a threat of physical violence from the nurse directed at the hospital attorney.
Pennsylvania law requires that all parties in a private conversation give consent before being recorded.
