Michael Francis Garvey returned home Monday morning and is safe, police said.

The Falls Township Police Department is asking for public assistance in locating 14-year-old Michael Francis Garvey, who has been missing since Friday evening.

Michael was last seen departing from his home in the Pinewood neighborhood at around 9:15 p.m.

The teen is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing approximately 145 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a light-colored t-shirt, dark sweatpants, and was carrying a gray backpack, police said.

Investigators are urging anyone with information about Michael’s whereabouts to immediately contact 9-1-1 or the Falls Township Police non-emergency number at 215-328-8501.
