UPDATE: Community Mourns 12-Year-Old Killed In Route 13 Crash
A juvenile bicyclist died from injuries sustained in a collision with a pickup truck on Saturday, according to Bristol Township police.

Authorities reported that the crash happened around 8:44 p.m. at the intersection of Beaver Dam Road and Route 13.
Police said a red 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 that was traveling southbound on Route 13 struck the juvenile who was crossing westward over Route 13 onto Beaver Dam Road.
The driver of the Dodge Ram stopped after the crash and cooperated with the responding officers at the scene, police said.

The Bucks County Rescue Squad transported the juvenile to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital in Philadelphia where they succumbed to their injuries.
The investigation into the crash was ongoing as of Sunday morning.

The scene of the crash was blocked by police for several hours.
