After the threat, Oliver then forced the girl to perform a sex act on him, police said.

The girl was upset after the incidents and escaped in tears, police said.

The next day, Oliver sent the girl a social media message that she believed was asking for an explicit picture, police said.

Other teens confronted Oliver the day after the alleged rape and he said his family would come to their homes as “start shit,” police said.

According to court papers, the Pennsylvania State Police crime lab tested items taken into evidence and found Oliver’s DNA on the 13-year-old girl’s underwear.
