A PennDOT paving project will impact part of Middletown Township and Langhorne Borough over the coming weeks.

Starting Sunday, June 9, through early August, PennDOT will be milling and repaving Langhorne-Newtown Road and Pine Street (Route 413) between the Newtown Bypass and 300 feet north of Gilliam Avenue.
The work will take place from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sunday through Friday throughout the project.
During work hours, there will be lane closures, PennDOT officials said.

Drivers are asked to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns will occur.
Daily work on the milling and repaving is weather dependent.

The local work is part of this year’s resurfacing that will repair and repave more than 200 miles of state roadways across Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties.
