The same 40-year-old man was arrested on charges of criminal trespass, theft, receiving stolen property, possessing controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia on Newportville Road at 9:36 a.m. He was arraigned by Judge Wagner, and his bail was set at 10 percent of $75,000.
