Obituary: Franklin Thomas Pescador, 80

Franklin Thomas Pescador, age 80, passed away peacefully on April 8, 2024 at Crestview Center in Langhorne, PA. He was a 58-year resident of Levittown, PA.

Frank was born on May 5, 1943, in Philadelphia, to parents Francisco (Frank) and Stella (nee Callicchia) Pescador.  He served in the US Army from 1961 to 1964 as an Army mechanic.  Frank, a Master Mechanic, went on to work for Reedman Auto, was proprietor/owner of an Arco station for many years, and also worked in other area auto repair shops. As he wound down his professional career, he went on to work for Walmart as a mechanic, transitioning to the produce department prior to his retirement.

Frank worked hard to care for his family, and when he had free time, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and his morning puzzles. He loved fishing and everyone who spent time with Frank has at least one memory of him telling a fishing story.

Frank was recently preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Elaine M. Pescador (nee King), and his sisters, Julia Cancellarich and Ramona Zubia.

Frank is survived by his children, Susan Pescador of Levittown, PA, Nancy Stuart (Keith) of Ocean City, NJ, Thomas Pescador of Morrisville, PA., grandchildren, Francis Macinsky (Lauren) and Michelle Macinsky, great grandchildren, Quinn Macinsky and Bennett Macinsky as well as many nieces and nephews.
