A countless number of Bucks Countians left their homes, workplaces, vehicles, and stores to see Monday’s solar eclipse.

The peak of the eclipse was around 3:25 p.m. when close to 90 percent of the sun was blocked by the moon.

At the Margaret Grundy Memorial Library in Bristol Borough, several hundred people gathered along the Delaware River to take in the view. The library hosted activities for families.
