On February 15 just before 5 p.m., troopers, firefighters, and medics were dispatched to I-295 westbound near the Maple Avenue overpass in Middletown Township for a report of a crash, state police said in a statement this week.
Troopers said they arrived to find a three-vehicle crash, which included a 2021 Nissan Rogue that ended up rolling onto its roof.
The 42-year-old Bensalem Township man behind the wheel of the Nissan suffered a minor injury and was taken by the Penndel-Middletown Emergency Squad to St. Mary Medical Center for treatment.

Troopers said a Ford F-150 that was being driven by a 52-year-old Pennsauken, New Jersey, man lost the ladder it was hauling while driving on the highway.
As the ladder flew into the lane of travel, a 2008 Mitsubishi swerved to avoid the ladder, striking the Nissan, state police said.
