One of the greatest ingredients that make Italian food truly special is its ability to connect people through sharing meals, transforming every moment at the table into a unique experience of conviviality.
Lou’s career began in his parents’ kitchen with his in-home catering business in 2020.
“I made pizzas for my friends and family parties in my portable pizza oven that I set up in their homes.” Menu options included fresh Stromboli.

In his next venture, Lou opened and managed an original concept, “Pastadoro”, serving homemade pasta and sauce for over 2 years.

His father, Louis R. Busico, Esq. recognized his ownership and management potential and suggested that he “check out Mill Street”. The perfect location was found! He updated, repainted, and decorated the former Angelina’s Bakery and opened in July 2022.
His mother, Linda, and two of his Aunts assist him in his comfortable Italian American café.

“Everything is fresh and made right here, AND made to order. I even make the bread crumbs!”
Some of the Loretta’s customers have already declared their favorites:

“I had the buffalo chicken cutlet sandwich and was back two weeks later for another. The sauce was delicious, loved the cheese, and I’m a huge fan of arugula especially on a perfect semolina roll. Told at least 5 other sandwich lovers about it!” shared, Matt Grunwell, VJM Director of Institutional Advancement.
