The quaint and historic community is encouraging participants to draw inspiration from memorable events, landmarks, or personal experiences that symbolize Langhorne Borough.
The initiative seeks submissions that are original and short, with a maximum of 15 words.
The contest is open to all borough residents and allows for multiple entries per participant to ensure a wide range of creative ideas.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be original and should not exceed 15 words.
- Multiple entries are allowed per participant.
- Submit your motto via email to manager@langhorneborough.com by February 29, 2024.
- Include in the subject line “LB Motto Contest”
- Please include your name and contact information for each submission.
- The winner will be required to submit legal waiver before motto is published.
- If seeding an attached document please label the document with your name, date, and submission # (1,2,3,4,5,6). Example: JaneDoe_4.15.23_1.doc
What is now Langhorne Borough was founded in the 1700s and was a vital crossroads in Bucks County and between Trenton and Philadelphia. It was previously named Four Lanes End and then Attleboro before adapting its current name.
