
A late night crash left heavy damage to vehicles along Bath Street in Bristol Borough Tuesday night.

Police, firefighters, and medics were called to Bath Street in the area of Howell Street at 11:20 p.m. for a reported crash.
Bristol Borough Fire Chief Herb Slack said one vehicle ended up slamming into two parked cars.

The striking vehicle overturned, and the driver was trapped inside, Slack said.

The driver had to be freed by firefighters, the chief said.

The Bucks County Rescue Squad transported the injured driver to a local hospital. The extent of their injuries were not released, according to Slack.
The Bristol, Bristol Consolidated, Goodwill Hose, and American Hose, Hook, and Ladder fire companies were on the scene.
Bath Street was blocked in the area of the crash for some time until the three damaged vehicles could be towed away.
