He will start his role in Neshaminy on February 22, 2024.

“In this cabinet-level position, Mr. Haines will be involved with a wide range of day-to-day administrative duties across the district. These include building level appointments, budgeting, enrollment and staff projections, discipline matters, district safety and security protocols and building infrastructure,” according to a statement from Neshaminy.

Haines will be replacing Neshaminy administrator Paul Meehan, who retired last week.
