The project is a significant redevelopment effort that includes 600 luxury apartments with various amenities.
The ongoing construction, which started last September, marks a transformative phase for the former site of Boscov’s and its parking lot.
With the exterior sidings of one building nearly complete, a parking garage being erected, and interior framing underway, the current phase of work gives those driving past a new more extensive look at what the finished development will look like.

The first phase of the project being developed by CornerstoneTracy, which is separate from Simon Property Group, is set to have 391 apartments.
According to the developers, the phase is expected to have the first units completed in early 2024.

The next phase, constructing an additional 223 units, will be moving forward.

The 614 apartments are distributed across two multi-story buildings that feature a parking garage.
The completed apartment complex has proposed a range of amenities, including a resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen and dining spaces, a clubroom, media room, fitness center, and even a dog wash station.

The mall was originally constructed in 1973 on farmland and a sod airfield has been a staple of the area for decades.
